Position at a Glance:
The manager will lead an investment banking team at Evalueserve that supports US-based investment bankers. Key tasks include:
•Supporting business development
•Setting up new projects and teams
•Managing the team’s trainings and growth curve
•Preparing information memoranda, company profiles (one-pagers and deep-dive reports), industry overviews, management presentations, deal tombstones, and pitch books
•Performing valuation using methods such as trading comps and transaction comps
•Creating and maintaining industry databases, newsletters and market updates
•Collecting financial data online and using other data sources such as FactSet, Capital IQ and Bloomberg, etc.
•Handling ad-hoc research requests, such as benchmarking, target screening, capital structure and liquidity analysis, as per client requirements

| Requisitos mínimos | Qualifications and Requirements: •Bachelor's/Master’s in finance / MBA / CFA •5+ years of relevant experience in the field of investment banking •Project management experience •Strong research, financial and analytical skills •Strong Excel knowledge, VBA not required •Excellent communication skills and client management experience •Knowledge of databases, such as FactSet, Capital IQ, Bloomberg and other business/financial databases Personal Skills: •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision •Attention to detail and problem-solving skills •Ability to multitask and flexible on work hours •Leadership and teamwork skills |
